Who we are

This website is published by The Bulletproof Entrepreneur™ ("we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy or your data, email [email protected].

What we collect and why

• Newsletter sign-ups. When you join The Rebel Memo, our newsletter, we collect your email address so we can send it to you. Emails are sent through Moosend, our email platform. Like most email platforms, Moosend may record whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Partnership inquiries. When you use the partnership form we collect the details you enter (name, email, job title, company, interests, budget, timeline and message). The form is delivered to our team by email through Resend. We use it only to reply to you.
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising pixels or cross-site trackers. Our fonts and images are served from our own domain. Because we do not use cookies, you will not see a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Links to other sites

Episodes open on Apple Podcasts and articles open on the publications that ran them, such as Business Insider. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (Moosend, Resend and Cloudflare), who process it on our behalf to run this site and our emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep partnership inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any partnership that follows.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK, Canada and California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
