SOME PROBLEMS ARE WORTH THINKING ABOUT PROPERLY.

Bulletproof Entrepreneur works with a small number of companies and senior executives on focused problems where AI, media, content and business strategy meet.

We're most useful when the question matters, the answer isn't obvious, and another generic presentation won't settle it.

Every engagement has a fixed scope, a fixed timeline, and a fixed fee, agreed before we start.

AI CREATIVE OPS

PUT AI TO WORK INSIDE YOUR MARKETING TEAM.

Most marketing teams use AI one prompt at a time. A few people get faster, everyone else works the way they always have, and the operation itself doesn't change.

AI Creative Ops sets up agents and AI production workflows inside your marketing operation, so your existing team can make more content and video for less.

It starts with an assessment. Where it goes from there depends on what we find.

WHAT WE COVER

  • content creation and repurposing across channels
  • AI video, from short social clips to brand films and ads
  • branded and vertical video
  • agents for research, briefs, scheduling, reporting and other repeat marketing tasks
  • review and approval workflows
  • the work that should stay human
  1. STEP 1: THE ASSESSMENT

We interview up to five people on your marketing team, review how your content and campaigns get made today, and run one working session with the team.

Within 10 business days you get an AI Creative Ops map. Every workflow we examine gets one of five calls: hand it to an agent, speed it up with AI tools, automate it, keep it human, or drop it. The map ranks your top five opportunities by time or money saved and how hard each one is to put in place, and we walk your leadership through it in a 60-minute readout.

    About three weeks.

  2. STEP 2: TRAINING

Hands-on training that teaches your team to run the tools, agents and workflows the map recommends, using your own brand, content and campaigns. Scoped and priced per team.

  3. STEP 3: BUILD

We design and set up the agents and AI production pipelines the map calls for, from content engines to AI video workflows, then hand them over with documentation your team can follow. Scoped and priced per project.

Book training or a build within 60 days of your readout and part of the assessment fee comes off the price.

THIS MAY BE USEFUL IF

  • your team has AI tools but no shared way of using them
  • video eats most of your content budget and you want more output from it
  • your marketers lose hours to briefs, reports and resizing that an agent could handle
  • you want to test AI-made branded or vertical video without hiring a production company

WHAT THIS ISN'T

We don't run your marketing, and we don't replace your IT, security or data teams. We set up the system and train your people to run it.

Training and build are priced per project.

EXECUTIVE MEDIA STRATEGY

TURN EXPERTISE INTO AN ASSET.

Your executives know more about your market than almost anyone. Very little of it reaches the journalists, editors and audiences who should hear it.

Executive Media Strategy builds the system your marketing team uses to change that, then trains them to run it. Over four weeks we set up how your company gets executives into the press, onto bylined pages in the publications your buyers read, and in front of an audience through founder-led storytelling.

We don't pitch, write or place anything for you. Your team does, and by week four they know how.

WHAT YOUR TEAM LEARNS TO RUN

  • A positioning brief that pins down what each executive should be known for, who needs to hear it, and why they're the one to say it.
  • An earned media playbook for finding the right journalists, building pitches around an executive's expertise, and following up without burning the relationship.
  • A byline system for writing and placing contributed articles in business and trade publications, from first idea to editor-ready draft.
  • A founder-led storytelling framework for turning your executives' experience into posts, talks, podcast appearances and newsletter issues.
  • Four to six recurring themes and a 90-day calendar across press, bylines and your own channels.
  • An AI-assisted workflow that turns one recorded conversation with an executive into pitch angles, article outlines and post drafts your team can edit.
  • A voice guide for each executive your team writes for.

HOW IT WORKS

Week 1
Recorded interviews with up to two executives, about 90 minutes each, and a review of how your team handles media and content today.
Week 2
Positioning, themes and target publications. We review them together and lock them in.
Week 3
Earned media and byline training. Live sessions with your team, working on real pitches and a real article draft.
Week 4
Founder-led storytelling and AI workflow training, the 90-day calendar, then two weeks of email support while your team sends its first pitches.

THIS MAY BE USEFUL IF

  • your executives have real expertise and rarely show up in the press
  • your team wants bylines in the publications your buyers read and doesn't know how to get them
  • your CEO or founder has a story worth telling and no system for telling it
  • you've been paying agencies for placements and want the skill in-house

WHAT THIS ISN'T

We don't pitch journalists, write your articles, or promise coverage. We build the system and train your team to run it.

Four weeks.

BULLETPROOF STRATEGY SPRINT

ONE IMPORTANT QUESTION. ONE FOCUSED SPRINT.

A sprint is built around one strategic question your leadership team has to answer. Over four weeks we research it, test the assumptions behind it, lay out the realistic options, and recommend one.

THE KIND OF QUESTION A SPRINT CAN ANSWER

  • Should we launch a new media product?
  • Where could AI change our business model?
  • How do we cut the cost of producing content?
  • How should we reposition our company or our CEO?
  • Is this new distribution channel worth the effort?
  • Can our existing expertise become a new revenue stream?
  • How are competitors approaching an opportunity we're watching?

WHAT A SPRINT INCLUDES

  • conversations with the people closest to the problem
  • market and competitor research
  • realistic options, with the economics of each
  • a written recommendation
  • a 90-day action plan

HOW IT RUNS

Week 1
We agree the question, the scope and who we need to talk to.
Weeks 2 and 3
Research and conversations.
Week 4
Written recommendation, 90-day plan, and a readout with your leadership team.

THE RULE IS SIMPLE.

If the problem can't be stated in one or two sentences, it isn't ready for a sprint. We'll help you get it there first.

Four weeks.

BUILT FOR COMPANIES WITH SOMETHING REAL AT STAKE.

The work suits established businesses, senior executives, founders and leadership teams dealing with a specific commercial or strategic problem.

We're probably a good fit when:

  • there's a real business question to answer
  • someone senior owns the problem
  • the problem has economic consequences
  • the company is prepared to act on the answer

We're probably not the right fit for:

  • day-to-day social media management
  • high-volume content production
  • outsourced PR or press placement
  • basic website design
  • open-ended staff augmentation

AFTER AN ENGAGEMENT

Some clients keep working with us once an engagement ends. After an Executive Media Strategy, that usually means a quarterly review: we look at what's working, adjust the themes and channels, and plan the next 90 days. After an AI Creative Ops assessment, it's usually training their team or building the agents and workflows the map recommended.

We only offer these after an engagement, once we know the company and the plan.
